§ 2-78. Investment of surplus funds.

The Board of County Commissioners of Sumter County, Florida, shall adopt by resolution, a Sumter County Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners' Investment Policy consistent with F.S. § 218.415.

The board of county commissioners of Sumter County, Florida, authorizes the clerk of the courts' finance department to invest surplus county funds in accordance with the Sumter County Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners' Investment Policy.
