Editor's note

Ord. No. 96-23, § 9, adopted Dec. 16, 1996, enacted a new land development code for the county which included regulations regarding the disposal of sludge or septage as section 13-645. The editor has treated the provisions of Ord. No. 96-23 as superseding and repealing the provisions of former section 23-24. Former section 23-24 also pertained to the disposal of septage and sludge and derived from Ord. No. 96-18, § 5, adopted 10-8-96.
