§ 13-161. Change from nonconforming to conforming situation.

  • (a)

    Nonconforming uses may be changed to conforming uses without additional review or approval so long as no additional nonconformities are created by the change. Where changes of occupancy as defined by the Building Code occur, review for Building Code compliance will be required.

    (b)

    Limitation. Once conformity with this chapter is achieved, the property may not revert to its nonconforming status.
