§ 20-23. Compliance with statute.

Latest version.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, failure of petitioner to comply with requirements of this article shall not affect the validity of a road closing as long as the minimum requirements of F.S. ch. 336 pertaining to road closing are met.
