§ 18-31. Application of division.

Latest version.

The provisions of this division shall apply to all parks, parkways, playgrounds, and recreational areas in the county. It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the acts specified in this division within the limits of any park or recreational area owned or operated by the county.
