§ 13-601. Applicability.

The standards and regulations of this article shall apply generally to all applications for development approval.
(a)

Unless otherwise expressly stated, accessory structures and uses, and specific uses shall comply with all applicable regulations of this code, including maximum density and intensity, height and setback regulations.

(b)

All accessory uses and structures and specific uses shall comply with the use limitations applicable in the zoning district in which they are located.
