§ 65. Liberal construction; severability.

Latest version.

This act [division] shall be liberally construed and if any part hereof is either declared unconstitutional or invalid, the remaining portion or portions shall remain in full force and effect, as if such unconstitutional or invalid part or provision had not been included herein.
