§ 3. Allocation of racetrack funds.

  • That all moneys, apportionable and distributable, to Sumter County, Florida, under the provisions of chapter 550, Florida Statutes of 1941, relating to dog racing and horse racing, or any amendment or amendments thereto shall be equally divided between and paid to the board of county commissioners of Sumter County, Florida, and the board of public instruction of Sumter County, Florida, by separate warrants drawn by the Comptroller of the State of Florida, in favor of said board of county commissioners and said board of public instruction to be used for the proper and lawful purposes of said respective boards.
